1. Overview
At Nena’s Kitchen, operated by NK Brands, LLC, we take pride in delivering premium homemade meals and perishable food products.
Because our products are fresh, frozen, and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
Your satisfaction, however, is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, incorrect, or unsafe to consume, we will gladly review your case and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund, under the conditions below.
2. Quality Guarantee (Damages & Issues)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

To process your claim efficiently, please include:

Your order number and delivery date.

A description of the issue.

Clear photos showing:

The outer shipping box.

The insulated inner packaging.

The affected product(s).

The ice/dry ice or coolant condition.

The shipping label and any batch/date markings.

⚠️ Important: Keep the product and all packaging until we confirm your claim. We may request additional photos or provide disposal instructions.
If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be processed instead.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival:

All perishable food (frozen meals, proteins, soups, sauces, etc.)

Custom or special orders

Gift cards and discounted sale items
We also cannot accept returns of hazardous, flammable, or unauthorized products.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for perishable items.
If an issue occurs, please contact us for review — approved cases will result in a replacement shipment or refund.
5. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and it hasn’t appeared, contact us at shop@nkfood.com.
6. Return Instructions (If Required)
Physical returns are not required for perishable goods unless explicitly requested by our support team.
If we request a return, we will provide a prepaid return label and full instructions.
Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. International & EU Orders
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
If international shipping is offered in the future, please note that the EU 14-day “cooling-off” period does not apply to perishable goods.
Customers will retain their right to remedies for defective or misdescribed products if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
