Welcome to Nena’s Kitchen, a brand owned and operated by NK Brands, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
We operate this website and online store (the “Services”), powered by Shopify, to provide you with a secure and personalized shopping experience.

Because our items are perishable food products, special shipping and refund conditions apply (see Sections 5 and 6).

3) Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Payment must be received and authorized before acceptance.
Orders may not be canceled once processing begins.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship perishable foods using insulated packaging and (when necessary) ice or dry ice.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If items arrive damaged, thawed, incorrect, or unsafe, contact us within 24 hours at kitchenbynena@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos (outer box, inner packaging, product, ice/dry ice, and label).
Approved claims will be replaced or refunded according to our [Refund & Return Policy].

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Summary)

Because our meals and products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered.
If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to damage, thawing, or shipping error, contact us within 24 hours for review.
Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after review and verification.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and trademarks on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, videos, recipes, and designs—are owned by NK Brands, LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

9) Relationship with Shopify

This store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
All purchases are made directly with NK Brands, LLC (Nena’s Kitchen).
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any transaction, damage, or claim arising from your purchases with us.
By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from such claims.

You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
